Our testing program is among the most thorough in the industry, with equipment being evaluated according to the specifications set by the original equipment manufacturer.
Our primary priority is to uphold the network integrity of Network Operators. If you encounter any equipment failure with our order, we will send you a replacement immediately, without waiting for your return or repair.
Alternatively, we will strive to develop a different solution that addresses your requirements. If your equipment is unavailable – we will gladly credit your account or issue a refund.
To return any Equipment, you must contact us first for prior approval and further instructions. Kindly fill out and send an RMA form.

Conditions & Terms
Every piece of equipment sold by Intech Devices is protected by our usual all-inclusive warranty.
Intech Devices warranty service ensures that all hardware products sold by Intech Devices are devoid of physical* and internal flaws that hinder the use of this equipment for its designated purpose.
If the warranty needs to be used, Intech Devices will provide an identical replacement unit (if available). If a substitute cannot be found, we will reimburse the cost of the specific part.
Every sold item comes with its own warranty unless specified otherwise in the original quote/PO.
Unless specified and agreed upon in a formal company purchase order, the standard warranty will be one year.
Intech Devices provides a 90-day guarantee on all equipment sold via the reseller or broker market.
Unless specified during the ordering process, any software problems affecting functionality are not included.
The warranty excludes products that are no longer needed by the customer because of upgrades
