RMA Process
Kindly submit an RMA request by accepting the terms and conditions provided below. This is necessary for the return of all items to Intech irrespective of the reason for return.
- Products must be sent back in their initial state. All accessories, instructions, software, and guarantees must be included in their original packaging and remain undamaged.
- After obtaining your RMA number, carefully repackage the items as they were delivered to you (preferably within the original outer box). Should the original box show any signs of marking or damage, a restocking fee of 50% might be charged.
- Avoid writing directly on the original container/packaging.
- Make sure the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of the box
- Make sure our complete address is prominently shown on the exterior of the parcel using a label
- After the faulty item has been received and tested, we will send the replacement item back to you within 10 days of receiving the defective product.
- Any differences between your PO and the goods received should be reported within two days of receiving the items
Merchandise Harmed During Shipping:
If items appear damaged upon delivery, it is crucial to sign for them as damaged during receipt with the courier and then reach out to us right away at 0121 368 1406 (Toll Free) or via email. In case items are damaged during transit, please inform us within two working days of receiving them.
The reasons listed below may nullify the replacement of the hardware:
The product is not defective based on the details provided on the RMA form. The product has been altered or is damaged physically. Incorrect software is being utilized.
WE maintains the right to impose a 50% restocking fee if there is some harm to the original packaging
