Return Policy
From the moment a client purchases any entity to the moment it receives and is installed, Intech Devices LTD strives to make the process as easy as possible. You may wish to return the product even after all your efforts and diligence. Please raise an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request by agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
In this document, we explain our policies in all such scenarios. There is a difference between Business Customers and Consumers. Please refer to the following terms.
If there is a discrepancy between your order and the goods received, please notify us within 2 days of receipt.
The terms
- The term “Business Customer” refers to a customer who is not a consumer
- “Consumer” means an individual who is not acting for the purposes of his or her business or profession
Cancellation Policy
If a consumer or business account wants to cancel a order, there will be no fee if you email us with the order reference number or your PO number prior to dispatch. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee of 50% will be applied.
If the item has already been sent out, then the best recommendation is to refrain from opening the package when it gets there. Customers can arrange to return the shipment to us within 14 days after the goods have arrived. Kindly make sure your item is properly re-packaged, ideally with the original outer packaging; otherwise, a re-stocking fee of 50% could be charged.
The items need to be unused and returned to us in a resalable state, including all accessories and packaging, within fourteen days of the customer signing for them. You must coordinate and cover the cost of the return shipping, and you should secure insurance for loss or damage to the items during transit; otherwise, you will be responsible for any lost goods.
All orders dispatched directly from manufacturers cannot be cancelled or returned
Conditions for Non-Faulty Returns
If we, at our sole discretion, consent to the return of unwanted products for credit, the Goods must be returned with our prior written consent within fourteen days of delivery. The Goods must be unsealed, with the manufacturers’ seals unbroken and in ideal resalable condition. All non-faulty returns may incur a 50% restocking fee (based on the situation), except when items are supplied incorrectly; these must be returned in their original state, or a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Original Condition:
Accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be included in their original packaging and should remain intact. Repack the item/items securely in the same manner they were received
Defective Products Covered by Warranty
If you experience an issue, kindly submit an RMA request by accepting the terms and conditions outlined below. Please provide our order number, the purchase date, and the serial number of the defective item. After we verify that the defective product is still covered by warranty, one of our engineers will attempt to fix your issue over the phone or through remote access.
Should the issue continue, an RMA Number will be provided, and you must adhere to our standard RMA process. After the item is returned, we will test it and resolve the issue. If the product is unfixable, we will dispatch a substitute. Replacement hardware can be either brand new or like new, and must match or be similar in specifications
